01. Who is responsible
OMI STONE For Real Estate Buying & Selling Brokerage L.L.C, trading as OMI Real Estate in Dubai, is responsible for the personal information it handles for property enquiries and agreed agency services. For privacy requests, contact contact@omirealestate.com or +971 58 608 17 96.
02. Information you provide
We receive the information you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, telephone number, preferred area, property interest, budget, timing and message. A property conversation may also include information about a property you own or wish to buy or rent.
Do not send passport copies, Emirates ID documents, bank details or other sensitive records through the general public enquiry form. If a transaction requires identification or compliance documentation, our team will explain the appropriate collection process separately.
03. Technical information and analytics
When you visit the site, hosting, security and measurement services may process your IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages viewed and interaction information. Google Analytics is present on the site for website measurement. It may use cookies and identifiers as described in the Cookie policy.
Website search suggestions use the public property catalogue. Information entered into the search box is used to match results in your browser and is not submitted as a contact enquiry merely by typing a search.
04. Why information is used
- To respond to your enquiry and understand your property requirements.
- To coordinate requested viewings, property discussions and agreed next steps.
- To keep relevant records of conversations and services.
- To protect the website and its forms from misuse.
- To understand use of the website and improve its information and features.
- To meet applicable legal, regulatory and record-keeping requirements.
Providing a property enquiry does not, by itself, subscribe you to unrelated promotional mailing. If you specifically request marketing updates, you can ask to stop receiving them at any time.
05. Basis for handling information
We handle personal information in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the activity, processing may be based on your consent, steps needed for a requested or agreed service, or an applicable legal obligation or other lawful exception.
Where processing depends on consent, you can withdraw it for future processing. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing or remove records that must be kept for a separate lawful reason.
06. Enquiry forms and communications
The public website uses Webflow for hosting and website forms. Choosing “Send enquiry” submits the completed form to Webflow for OMI to review. Our team may keep the relevant enquiry and follow-up information in its internal agency systems, with access limited to people who need it for their work.
A WhatsApp link opens a prepared message; it is sent only when you send it within WhatsApp. Email links open your email application. WhatsApp, email providers and Instagram handle information under their own policies when you use those services.
07. Recipients and service providers
Information may be accessed by authorised members of the OMI team and the service providers supporting hosting, forms, security, communications, analytics and internal record management. These include Webflow and its delivery infrastructure, Cloudflare for form protection, and Google for website analytics. Internal agency tools use hosted services, including Supabase and Vercel.
We may share information relevant to an agreed property request with the agent, owner, developer or other party involved in that request. The information shared should be limited to what the purpose requires. We may also disclose information where lawfully required by an authority or for establishing or defending legal rights.
08. International processing
Some service providers and parties involved in a request operate outside the United Arab Emirates. Information may therefore be stored or processed in another country. Where an international transfer is subject to legal requirements, the applicable conditions and safeguards must be observed.
Provider policies describe their own processing and locations. See Webflow, Cloudflare, Google, Supabase and Vercel.
09. Retention and security
Information is kept for the period needed for the enquiry, agreed service, relevant business records and applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the information, the service and any continuing legal or dispute-related requirement. Information that no longer serves a lawful purpose should be deleted or de-identified.
Access should be limited to authorised personnel and supported by appropriate technical and organisational measures. No public website or method of electronic transmission can provide an absolute security guarantee. Contact us promptly if you believe information has been misused.
10. Your requests and rights
Subject to applicable law and its exceptions, you may request information about the personal data we hold, a copy or correction, deletion, restriction or cessation of processing, and withdrawal of consent. Other rights may apply depending on the processing and the law applicable to you.
Send your request to contact@omirealestate.com. Describe the information or interaction concerned. We may need proportionate information to verify the request, but you should not send sensitive identity documents in your first general email. If a request cannot be fulfilled fully, we will explain the relevant reason.
You may also raise a concern with the competent authority under the applicable data-protection framework. Information about the UAE framework is available on the official UAE Government portal.
11. Children and external services
The website’s property enquiry services are intended for adults. If you believe a child has provided personal information to OMI without appropriate authority, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
This policy covers OMI’s handling of information. It does not replace the policies of external services reached through a link or used to communicate with us.
12. Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy when website features, providers or processing practices change. The update date identifies the current published version. Material changes will be reflected in the policy and, where appropriate, brought to the attention of affected people.
For questions, write to contact@omirealestate.com or call +971 58 608 17 96. Please identify the subject of your request and provide a contact method so our team can respond.
