01. What these technologies do
A cookie is a small piece of information stored by a website in your browser. Session storage and local storage are separate browser technologies that can retain information needed by website features. Browser and security services may also use technical signals without storing a conventional cookie.
These technologies have different purposes. The descriptions below distinguish website operation and security from audience measurement and services you choose to open.
02. Website operation and form protection
Webflow hosts this website and its public enquiry forms. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect form submissions from automated misuse and may process browser, network and security signals. Technical storage or signals used by these services support website delivery, security and form operation.
Blocking all browser storage or security scripts can prevent certain website or enquiry features from working. Read the Webflow privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy for their own service information.
03. Google Analytics
The site includes Google Analytics 4 for audience measurement. It helps describe how visitors reach the site and which pages or features they use. Depending on the applicable configuration, Google’s tags may process technical information, page and interaction data, and browser identifiers.
Google documents _ga and _ga_<container-id> cookies for distinguishing visitors and maintaining session information. Their default expiration is two years, but the duration can be changed in Analytics or tag configuration. Browser privacy controls can shorten or block storage.
For details, see Google’s GA4 cookie documentation and how Google processes data from partner sites.
04. Temporary property briefs
Some property enquiry features temporarily save a brief in this browser tab under the session-storage key omi-service-brief. This can carry your requested service and property preferences to the contact page so you do not need to enter them again.
The contact form ignores briefs older than one hour and clears the saved brief after a successful website submission. This temporary browser copy is separate from the enquiry received and retained by OMI. You can clear it through your browser’s site-data controls or by closing the relevant session.
05. External services you choose to use
WhatsApp and Instagram links take you to services operated by those providers. Their sites or apps may use their own cookies and tracking technologies. Clicking a link does not send the prepared WhatsApp message automatically.
Email links open your selected email application. Any processing within that application is governed by its provider and your settings.
06. How to control cookies and measurement
You can review, delete or block cookies and site data through your browser’s privacy settings. Most browsers let you manage a single site as well as all browsing data. Blocking cookies may affect form protection or other website features.
Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported desktop browsers. It controls Google Analytics; it does not disable every hosting, security or third-party service.
Privacy choices are browser- and device-specific. If you change browser, clear stored preferences or use another device, you may need to apply your choices again. Deleting an Analytics cookie does not itself delete information already recorded by a provider.
07. Related privacy information
Our Privacy policy explains the handling of enquiries, personal information, service providers, international processing, retention and privacy requests. This cookie policy describes the website technologies rather than the terms of a property transaction.
08. Changes and questions
Website technologies and provider settings can change. We update this page when the described uses materially change. The update date identifies this version.
