Contact OMI to confirm the current details of a property before arranging a viewing or making a commitment. Asking prices, rental terms, availability, areas, specifications and project schedules may change. Photographs of a neighbourhood or a general property category describe a setting; they do not identify a particular available unit.
A website enquiry does not reserve a property or create a brokerage, sale or tenancy agreement. The applicable terms, fees and responsibilities are established in the relevant written agreements.
Off-plan projects
Project descriptions, drawings, payment schedules and proposed handover dates should be checked against the developer's current documents.
